More information
The breeder’s cross of hybrid musk with floribunda produced a new variety. The cultivar combines a range of rose traits.
A climbing, rambler-type shrub with flexible, almost smooth shoots, it can be readily placed under cover. Leathery, glossy foliage is described as fully disease-resistant. It also has pronounced fragrance, profuse blooming in cluster/bouquet form, and a lavender, almost blue color. It tolerates both rain and scorching sun. The primary feature of the variety is continuous flowering.
The rose is suitable for beginners and requires minimal care, which is noted as uncommon for Japanese breeding.
