More information
Latte art is a form of coffee painting, widely practiced in Japan. In Japan, drawing on coffee foam has developed into a distinct cultural practice. Japanese baristas produce designs with detailed lines and gradual light transitions and highlights. In Japan, a rose in a latte-like color was bred. Its petals show porcelain-like tones with coffee shades that intensify toward autumn, gaining saturated brown bursts of color. The classic goblet of this Hybrid Tea rose opens into a double bloom, where twisted petals form a foam-like effect. The Latte Art rose is a cultivar from the Keihan nursery (Keihan).
