Elongated bud form. Bicoloured flowers, bright red on a golden-yellow background, large (about 10–11 cm in diameter), double, with up to 27 petals, and a weak/mild fragrance. Shrubs are strong, upright, reaching up to 1.2 m (about 120 cm) in height. Shoots are strong and long. Leaves are large, dark green, and glossy. Numerous spines (thorns or prickles) of medium and large size are present. Flowering is moderate and extended, occurring in flushes throughout the growing season. Suitable for cutting and decorative use.

‘Krymskaja Raduga’ is a grandiflora rose with red blooms and golden-yellow undertones, bred in 1965 by Zinaida Konstantinovna Klimenko in Ukraine and Vera Nikolaevna Klimenko in the former USSR. The name translates as “Crimean Rainbow.”
