


















Buds open gradually. Blooms are dark wine-red with a black-velvety tone and purple shading, cup-shaped, medium-sized (about 5–6 cm in diameter), very double (up to about 29 petals), with none to light fragrance. Petals are very dense and susceptible to sunburn. Bushes are upright, reaching up to about 100 cm in height. Foliage is dark green, dense, and leathery. Krymchanka is a floribunda rose bred in the former USSR by Vera Nikolaevna Klimenko in 1955.
