Blooms are bright red with a dark, velvety texture, medium-sized, semi-double, and appear both singly and in inflorescences on strong stems. The shrubs are medium-sized, and the foliage is dark green. The variety is used for decorative arrangements.

Krasnodonka is a floribunda rose with deep pink flowers and darker shading. The blooms are medium-sized, semi-double, with approximately 9–16 petals, and are produced mostly singly and in clusters. It flowers repeatedly in flushes throughout the growing season. The foliage is dark green. It was bred in the former USSR by Vera Nikolaevna Klimenko in 1955. Its parentage is Kordes' Sondermeldung (floribunda, Kordes before 1943) × Kirsten Poulsen.
