Flowers are wine-red with a copper-yellow reverse, large, very double, and scentless. Flower diameter up to 11 cm. Foliage emerges reddish, then turns dark green, glossy, and large. The shrub is branching, upright, up to 90 cm tall, with many basal shoots. Disease resistance is low; requires preventive treatments.
