Keros can be used as a ground-cover rose. It shows good health and forms large clusters of white, semi-marginal, rather large flowers with a wavy edge, features applied in garden design. The rose carries a medium-strength fragrance with notes of spices and rose hips. The variety is free-flowering and readily identifiable.
