This floribunda grows to 90cm in height; its bud shows the form typical of a tea-hybrid rose, and at full bloom it reveals the center. The foliage is glossy, and the flowers are scarlet red with a purple tinge, with a light fragrance. The variety was named in honor of the singer Katie Thompson, who played the lead role in the film "Annie Get Your Gun" ("Annie Get Your Gun").
