More information
Judy Garland bears multicolored, densely petalled blooms with numerous petals that change and darken as they age. They are initially yellow with an orange tinge on the petal edges, later developing orange or scarlet margins, so that at full bloom the flowers appear more red than yellow. Blooms appear singly or in upright clusters of up to 10, so all colors and intermediate tones can be present on the shrub at the same time. Suitable for cutting. Judy Garland forms a well-branched bush with fine, bright green foliage and many thorns. Occasional black spotting may occur in autumn, but otherwise the variety is disease-resistant and vigorous.
