More information

Johann Strauss is a rose cultivar. Individual blooms are densely petaled, full, and rounded in form. The petals are luminous white on the outer surface. The reverse is pale pink with an apricot tint. This combination produces pale pink shading between the petals. Flowers usually appear singly, sometimes in clusters of up to 5, particularly in late summer. The shoots are long, making the blooms suitable for cutting. Foliage is large, dark, and glossy; it shades the blooms and shows strong disease resistance. The variety grows well in various climates, and the blooms are resistant to rain.
