Climbing rose, shrub habit, bearing clusters of single, soft pink-and-white flowers with a slight fragrance. Flower diameter 3–4 cm. Flowering is abundant, occurring in waves through the season, with an apple-blossom-like appearance. Bush height 100–200 cm and width 80–120 cm. Shows strong disease resistance. The variety is named in honor of Jeanne Luo, the oldest resident of the garden village of Chedini in central France; Jeanne and her husband saved many lives during the Jewish deportations during World War II.
