Pleached rose forming inflorescences of 6–15 blooms; large, fully double (up to 100 petals), in deep pink with white‑cream streaks. The fragrance is intense, with notes of apple and cut grass. Bush height about 200 cm, with dark green, glossy, medium-sized leaves. Shows disease resistance. Frost resistant. The variety is named in honor of Ines Sastre, a Spanish model and actress.
