More information
This variety presents a classic hybrid tea bud that opens into a rounded bloom with a densely ruffled mass of petals. The flowers are pink, fading to creamy white from the outer petals inward, so that at full opening they are bicoloured. The petals display deep pink edges and a darker reverse. Blooms are large, strongly fragrant, and most often borne singly on long stems. The variety flowers in repeating waves and performs best in hot, dry climates; the blooms are sensitive to rain. The shrub is vigorous and well-budded. No disease observed.
The flowers have a peach-like scent.
