Hakuun can be planted at the front of a border. This is a low, profusely blooming rose. The semi-double flowers open a delicate yellow and rapidly fade to cream, creamy, and white. The reverses of the petals are slightly darker at first, also fading to creamy white. Flowers appear in clusters of 3–10, sometimes more. The first flush is especially heavy, with flowers continuing until late autumn. The shrub is strong, low, spreading, with bright green foliage. Grows well and flowers abundantly in a greenhouse.
Buds are pointed, elongated, creamy yellow. Flowers yellowish-white to white, open, medium-sized (5–6 cm), double (15–18 petals), faintly scented, in inflorescences of 3–10. Leaves light green, soft, glossy, weakly susceptible to powdery mildew. Bushes are low (50 cm), compact, bushy. Flowering is abundant, prolonged. Winter-resistant. For groups, borders. Int.
