High-centered bud, opens slowly. Blooms burgundy with a purple tinge, colorfast, large (9 cm), very double, fragrant, borne singly and in inflorescences (of 3). Petal inner surfaces are velvety. Pedicels and shoots are robust. Bushes are sturdy, upright, compact. Leaves are oval, medium-sized, dark green, leathery. Spines are very sparse, small, flat. Flowering is abundant, single.
