Shrub about 1.5 m tall, with a pyramidal, spreading habit; leaves light green, rugose, glossy. Crimson-red flowers about 3 cm in diameter, double (30–40 petals), with serrated petal edges, in inflorescences of 5–15, resembling carnation bunches. Set among the light green foliage. Flowering is abundant, with good autumn repeat. Planted in groups, hedges, and as single bushes.
