A cultivar characterized by its coloration and low growth. Large, elongated apricot-colored buds open into deep mahogany flowers with an orange-yellow center and an orange-red reverse, lighter toward the edges. They appear singly or in clusters. The bush is dense, well-branched, up to 40 cm tall.
Buds are oval. Flowers are amber-yellow, cup-shaped, large (7–8 cm), double (55 petals), faintly fragrant, in inflorescences of up to 10. Leaves are shiny. Shrubs are medium-height (50–60 cm). Low winter hardiness.
