An early-flowering tea-hybrid rose from the Fryer selection. The flowers are dark yellow with golden shading and apricot-edged petals, produced on a bush of medium height with a dense habit. The variety is named in honour of the Royal Gardener's Charitable Society, which has provided care for disabled and retired professional gardeners for over 160 years. The variety is recommended for zone 7.
