More information
This rose is used as a pleached variety within English roses. The flowers are pale pink at opening, fading to very pale pink or almost white. They are cup-shaped and, at full bloom, expose the stamens, creating a lily-like appearance. As the blooms age, the petals loosen and the flowers hang slightly. The fragrance includes notes of rose oil and myrrh. It is a vigorous grower that will rapidly develop into a large climber, reaching 3.6 metres in height or more. The foliage is pale, grey-green. It shows high disease resistance. When grown as a shrub, it forms a large bush with arching shoots.
