‘Général Kléber’ is a moss rose bred by Français-André Robert in France in 1856. It has light pink flowers with lilac shading and a strong fragrance. Blooms are large, about 10 cm in diameter, with around 100 petals, very full and quartered, and borne on mossed buds. It flowers once in spring or summer. The plant has a climbing growth habit, reaching about 120 to 185 cm in height and 120 to 150 cm in width. It is suitable for USDA zone 4b and warmer.
