More information
Freisinger Morgenrote is a shrub or low-petalled rose with iridescent blooms: the outer petals are bright cherry and the inner petals apricot. Later, the yellow tones fade and the apricot shifts to pink. Flowers are produced in clusters (brushes) of 3–7, with a floribunda-type form. The foliage is small, dark green, and glossy, contrasting with the opening blooms. The bush is vigorous, reaching up to 2 m in height and width; on a support it can reach up to 3 m. After the first abundant flowering, there are always one or two flowers on the bush.
