Color orange-red with copper tones; the reverse of the petals is golden yellow. Fragrance weak or absent. Buds large, double (26–40 petals), classic, high-centered, glass-shaped. Blooms throughout the season. The bush is upright. Foliage glossy, dark green.
The variety was created in honor of the resistance organization France Libre (Free France), active in 1942–1943.
When fully open, the center of the bloom is visible. Yellow-orange coloration and long vase life make it suitable for bouquets. Dark green foliage is noted.
