Flower Carpet Cherry (registered as NOA20054, also known as Balou) is a Floribunda rose with red, small flowers about 3.8 cm in diameter. Blooms are double, with about 17 petals, and are produced in large clusters in repeated flushes throughout the growing season. The plant has a bushy, compact, spreading habit and grows to about 40–50 cm in height. It was bred by Reinhard Noack in Germany before 2012 and introduced in Germany by Noack-Rosen in 2013 under the name Balou. It may be identical to the rose known as Flower Carpet Mini Cherry.
