A tall shrub from the Canadian Artists series bearing semi-marginal dark red blooms. The blooming period is extended with plentiful flowers. The foliage is light green, typical of most Canadian roses. Young shoots are reddish. Breeders report that it tolerates both cold and heat. The bloom is semi-flowered, yet the yellow centre does not show.
