This rose has a pronounced fragrance and a densely-waved, deep-cup-shaped flower. Its cool pink colour is paired with glossy dark green foliage. The rose is named in honour of the Austrian chef Eckart Witzigmann, who in 1994 received the award "Chef of the Century".
