Dunwich Rose is a light yellow Found Rose and Hybrid Spinosissima. The blooms are single with 4–8 petals, about 5 cm (2 inches) in diameter, and flower once in spring or summer. The plant has thorns or prickles and a spreading growth habit, with small dark green foliage. It reaches about 60 cm (2 feet) in height and 120 cm (4 feet) in width. It is suitable for USDA zones 3b through 9b and can be used as ground cover. The breeder is unknown, and the rose dates from around 1950.
