More information
This vigorous floribunda is sometimes classified among shrubs, as it forms a broad, large bush. Blooms show an occasional white mark at the centre but are otherwise uniformly bright blood-red. They are borne in large, loose clusters of 20–40 on flexible, upright shoots and tolerate rain well, which helps keep the variety popular in northern Europe. The plant is disease resistant, has large, reddish-green foliage, and in hot climates reaches 2 m in height.
