More information
Diadem is a low floribunda, abundantly flowering, tolerant of wet weather, and widely cultivated in northern Europe. The blooms are soft pink and fade to almost white. The reverse side of the petals is consistently darker, and the blooms are densely packed and cup-shaped, creating a clear contrast between the lighter top and darker underside. The flowers appear in small clusters, usually 3–5 in number, drooping under their own weight. The shrub is branched, erect, compact, with dark, disease-resistant foliage. Very winter-hardy.
