More information

‘Devich'ji Grezy’ (also known as «Девичьи Грезы» in Russian and ‘Maiden's Dream’ in English) is a once-blooming climbing rose with an extended flowering period. The plant has a vigorous, upright growth habit and can reach a height of about 240 cm.

The rose produces medium-sized trusses of double flowers, typically 5 to 30 flowers per truss, distributed along the shoots. Individual blooms are medium-sized, cupped, and somewhat ruffled, with an average diameter of about 6.4 cm and approximately 24 to 26 petals. Flower color ranges from bright pink to orange-pink and coral, and the petal margins are wavy. The flowers have a wild-rose type fragrance.

The foliage is dark green. This variety is used for vertical landscaping and for weeping standards. It was bred in 1961 by Zinaida Konstantinovna Klimenko in Ukraine and Vera Nikolaevna Klimenko in the former USSR.
