Dentelle de Bruxelles forms a large shrub, often very broad. It flowers very heavily in early summer, producing numerous mauve-pink blooms in small or large clusters. Repeat flowering is minimal or absent. The foliage is bright green, abundant, and covers the plant from the base to the top. Used in large gardens and parks, visible from a distance. Also suited to hedges. No disease problems reported. Outside Europe it is little known.
