A Hybrid Tea rose with a strong fragrance. Grown in gardens and used for cutting. The variety was named in memory of Debbie Phillips, who died of cervical cancer in 2010. The right to name the variety was purchased at an auction by Mr & Mrs Squires to raise funds for the Debbie Fund. The Debbie Fund raises money for cervical cancer research.
