The flowers are clear soft pink, large, single, cup-shaped, borne singly or in small clusters. The foliage is light green, glossy, large, and turns yellow in autumn. This hybrid rugosa combines months-long flowering, fruit set, autumn foliage color, a compact habit, and disease resistance. The blooms are single, cup- to saucer-shaped, 8-10 cm across, with a central cluster of golden stamens. Fresh blooms are bright pink, fading to soft pink. Flowering is heavy from early summer until frost. Rounded red hips ripen among the blooms in late summer and autumn. The bright green, wrinkled leaves typically turn yellow or bronze in autumn, sometimes with red, orange, or purple tones. The bush is dense and spreading, reaching 100-120 cm in height and 120-150 cm in width. Mature plants produce root suckers, forming thickets. Tolerates saline and poor soils. Disease resistant.
