This is an Austin variety with the following bloom and growth traits. The flowers are soft pink, cup-shaped, packed with delicate petals, fade to pale pink, and sometimes show a button in the centre. They appear singly or in small clusters (rarely more than 3 pcs), on a low, branching bush with many small twigs, fine light green foliage, and many thorns. In cold climates it needs careful cultivation to reach 1 m and shows disease susceptibility, while in hot climates it can attain 2 m and forms a very narrow, erect bush.
