It introduced the open, cup-shaped flower form among English roses. Flowers are perfectly spherical; initially rich yellow, later fading to pale yellow, with a cluster of bright yellow stamens at the centre. The bush is wide and branched, bearing flowers at the ends of arched shoots. Fragrance of honey and musk. Disease-resistant; blooms abundantly.
