The cultivar is named to mark the 20th anniversary of the Coloma Rose Garden in Belgium. Orange-toned buds are borne in inflorescences of 10–15 buds. Yellow-orange, moderately waved flowers have an open centre and a large cluster of stamens. During flowering, the blooms turn straw yellow and subsequently cream. The fragrance is strong. The foliage is dark green. To stimulate flowering, the author recommends short spring pruning to 5–10 cm.
