More information

‘Colby School’ is a Floribunda rose with creamy-white flowers showing hints of pink on the petals and a honey-colored center. Blooms are medium-sized, double with about 17–25 petals, and are mostly borne singly. The fragrance ranges from none to mild, with breeder notes describing it as moderate. It flowers continuously through the season. The plant forms a short, compact, bushy shrub with glossy to dark green foliage. Typical height and width are about 60 cm by 60 cm. It is suitable for USDA zones 6b through 9b. This rose can be used in beds and borders, as a container plant, and as a cut flower, as well as for general garden use. Stems are not heavily thorned. It was bred by Amanda Beales in the United Kingdom and introduced there by Peter Beales Roses in 2005 under the name ‘Colby School’.
