Small, moderately wavy, cup-shaped blooms with an open centre are borne in many inflorescences. At the half-open stage they are bright purple, then fade with age to delicate pink; within a single inflorescence, flowers can display several shades simultaneously. Flowering is abundant. The shrub is upright.
