Cliffs of Dover shows disease resistance and produces numerous blooms. It is used in landscape and mass plantings that require low maintenance. The flowers are small and white, with stamens that quickly turn brown. They form in conical clusters of 10–40, followed by small red hips that persist for a long time. The foliage is dark green, and the shrub is low, flat, and stalked.
