Branched shrub, rapidly reaching 150 cm in height. Foliage is glossy, bright green, and highly disease-resistant. Flowers are large. Inner petals are often corrugated, flat, bright yellow at the center, contrasting with the delicate yellow outer petals that bend downward, giving the bloom a domed form. The fragrance is intense.
