Semi-branched inflorescences bearing blood-red flowers with a faint fragrance. The shrub is upright; light green foliage shows resistance to diseases. Growth habit: upright bush.
Uses: suitable for mass plantings, borders, and hedges.
Selected for the gardens of “Le clair de la plume,” a hotel located at the foot of Grignan Castle. Sprays of blood-red flowers, each with a subtle black spot at the centre of the petal, almost completely cover the shrub.
