Rose bred by Japanese breeder Kimura. The variety is named after Cécile from Choderlos de Laclos’s novel Dangerous Liaisons (Les Liaisons dangereuses).
Pale pink buds open into rosette-shaped blooms with a central “green eye.” Wavy petals display varied shades of pink. The variety is repeat-flowering. The compact, horizontally spreading shrub shows tolerance to unfavorable conditions.
