More information
Although the cultivar is old, it remains popular in Europe and is largely unknown elsewhere. It is a yellow hybrid tea rose with a pink blush on buds and blooms. As flowers age, a red border develops on the petal edges, scarlet at first and gradually fading to pink, while the whole bloom shifts from bright yellow to lemon. Flowers are borne on long shoots in small clusters of 3–7, sometimes singly, opening to reveal golden stamens at the center. The bush bears bronze young foliage that later matures to dark green.
