More information
Delbar has introduced several roses of the Bordure family, low-growing, compact floribundas for landscape compositions and bordering the foreground. Bordure Rose is the most popular of these. It bears pink, camellia-like flowers with a white spot in the center. The reverse of the petals is also white, except for a pink tinge around the edges. Flowers appear in clusters of 5–10 on short pedicels. In cold weather and rain the flowers are adversely affected, while the first flowering is noted as the most pronounced. The bush is dense, branched. Suited to group plantings.
