Flowers of classic form; buds show a touch of greenness, and at full bloom they are pure white with dense petals, sometimes exposing the center; on shoots they are mostly solitary, rarely in groups of 3. The shrub is upright and densely foliated. Leaves are large, dark green, semi-glossy. Spines are large and few.
