"Baron Edmond de Rothschild". Petals are bicolored: purplish-raspberry on the outer side and light crimson-pink with white at the base on the inner side. Flowers are goblet-shaped, 10–11 cm in diameter, double (45–52 petals), strongly fragrant, mostly solitary. Bushes are tall—up to 110 cm—compact; leaves are large, leathery, and glossy; flowering is abundant. The variety is winter-hardy and suited to group plantings.
