Buds are pointed. Flowers are white with delicate pink edging along the petal margins, high-centered and goblet-shaped, large (12–13 cm), double (25–35 petals), with a fragrance, borne singly or in inflorescences of up to 4, on long, sturdy pedicels. Leaves are dark green, glossy, leathery, and elongated. Spines are moderate. Shrubs are vigorous (90–95 cm), upright. Blooming is moderate. Suitable for forcing, cuttings, and group plantings. Under forcing, a distinctive feature is the production of high-quality cuttings.
