Buds are large, oval, and open slowly. Flowers salmon-orange, of even tone, large (11–12 cm), double (45 petals), scented, solitary, borne on strong, long pedicels. Leaves are dense, green, leathery, semi-glossy. Spines are frequent, medium-sized and small. The bushes are tall, erect. Flowering is moderate to profuse. Suitable for flowering, cutting, and group plantings. Introduced by GBS in 1981 .
