‘Amnesty International’ is a modern climbing rose bred by G. Delbard in France in 2007 and introduced in Australia by Wagner's Rose Nursery in 2017. It is a vigorous, variegated climber with glossy dark green foliage.
Flowers are medium to large, with an average diameter of about 9 cm. The blooms are very full (more than 41 petals) and have a cupped shape. Petals are lemon-yellow with cream or white outer petals, producing cream and light yellow tones. The rose has a strong citrus-type fragrance, with magnolia and rose notes also reported.
The plant flowers repeatedly in flushes throughout the season. It typically reaches a height of about 200–300 cm and is described as hardy.
