Aluston is a Hybrid Kordesii rose bred by Zinaida Konstantinovna Klimenko in Ukraine in 2006.

Flowers are dark red, globular, large (up to about 12 cm in diameter), double, with up to about 65 petals. They are produced in clusters, usually up to about 12 flowers per cluster. Fragrance ranges from none to mild. Flowering occurs in repeated flushes throughout the growing season and is abundant.

Foliage is large, dark green, dense, and slightly rugose. Shrubs are compact, upright, 90–100 cm (up to 1 m) tall, and densely leafed. The variety is suitable for group plantings.
