This rose has already received several awards in Paris (Jardin Bagatelle) and Madrid. Long buds with a silver reverse on the petals open slowly into double blooms. The upper side of the petals is velvety, deep red. The flowers are practically odourless. The bush is bushy, with glossy dark green foliage.
Forms very large, massive flowers with only 30 petals. A velvety red rose with a silver reverse and glossy foliage; an exhibition variety, but in our conditions sometimes shows a tendency to black spotting.
